Nancy Ann Duggins

Nancy Ann Duggins passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 70 at Trellis Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Nancey was born and raised in Stokes County and was a true country girl at heart.

She is survived by her three loving children, Kevin Chavez, Stacy Stewart (Eric), and Kimberly Gunnell, as well as her five Cherished grandchildren.

Nancy will be remembered for her loving heart , her kindness, and the special place she held in the lives of her family and friends.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
